To request permission, please email a completed to info@JoyHub.org. Should Joy Hub grant your request, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Joy Hub reviews requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny permission for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Joy Hub periodically receives requests to obtain or use its Joy Giver Directory. As with other permission requests, Joy Hub reviews requests for this data strictly on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny permission for any reason, at its sole discretion. Should Joy Hub grant your request, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

The criteria Joy Hub uses when reviewing requests for this data:

Educational and/or program implementation (e.g., conservation compliance) purposes.
Helping spread the word of Joy Hub’s Joy Givers as well as their exclusive discounts
Consistent with Joy Hub’s brand and mission.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REPRODUCING JOY HUB MATERIALS AND DATA

Agreement.

Permission granted by Joy Hub to reproduce Joy Hub materials shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Joy Hub reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without advance notice.

Permission.

All content appearing on Joy Hub’s web properties, including, but not limited to, articles, reports, blog entries, press releases, images and photos, is the property of Joy Hub unless otherwise stated. Individuals may print a single copy of Joy Hub materials for personal use, which may be shared with friends and family, without written permission. However, additional copies of Joy Hub materials may not reproduced or made available for distribution without prior written permission.

To obtain permission from Joy Hub, email info@JoyHub.org.

Joy Hub reviews submitted requests on a case-by-case basis. Joy Hub reserves the right to deny permission for any reason, at its sole discretion. Permission to reproduce Joy Hub materials will be issued in writing. You do not have permission to reproduce Joy Hub materials until you receive written confirmation from Joy Hub.

Credits.

Appearance of Endorsements.

You may not reproduce, or create a link to, Joy Hub materials in a way that might be misinterpreted as an Joy Hub endorsement of any entity, product or service.

Noncommercial Use.

Joy Hub is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to using the power of information to help people find and spread their joy. With that mission in mind, Joy Hub limits the use of reproduced Joy Hub materials to educational, and noncompeting use (i.e. replacing Joy Hub’s Joy Giver’s discount codes with your own codes).

Abridged or Altered Works. Joy Hub materials shall be reproduced in their entirety, as they appear on Joy Hub’s properties. If Joy Hub materials must be abridged or altered due to space restrictions, Joy Hub must review the abridged version or altered version, which must be submitted with the initial permission request.

Direct Links.

Advance permission is not required for posting, sharing or distributing direct links to content appearing on Joy Hub’s web properties.

Choice of Law.

Any claim or dispute relating to, or arising out of, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.

If any provision or portion of these terms and conditions is held in whole or in part to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of that provision and of the entire Permission Agreement will be severable and will remain in effect, to the fullest degree consistent with the intent of this document.
